:: Musculature ::

With mBT...

mBT forces muscles to react and through this protects the intervertabral discs and joints from shocks. Contraction and relaxation of the muscles releases muscle tightness.

In Normal Shoes...

Passivity in the muscles of the feet, legs, stomach and back, produced by the flat surface, causes shocks to the back and joints with each step.

Shoe heels on flat ground provokes a "stop and go reaction" with each step, that produces tension in the muscles.
