It's 3-5 times more effective, with a feeling of
weightlessness!
Roll trotting, the best training method in the world, produces
an almost weightless feeling that optimally loads the body
whilst allowing the musculature to continuously relax and
recover.
It is training that isn't tiring despite being hugely effective
and gives you an almost addictive feeling of well-being. Roll
trotting is applied as an interval training. Alternate phases
of training and regeneration are carried out for 30 seconds
to a few minutes.
Roll Trotting tones the buttock, leg and stomach
muscles!
The quicker, shorter and higher steps taken bring the vein-pump
and circulation into full effect. The muscle fibres of the
gluteals, legs and stomach are stretched, supplied with blood,
trained and relaxed as well, treating the body to a training
session and a massage all at the same time.
Cellulite and flabby skin is replaced by toned muscles and
fat deposits start to melt away after only a few training
sessions.
Roll Trotting is possible despite back, knee and
hip problems!
Roll trotting is good for the joints and the back. People
who have difficulty jogging because of back, knee and hip
problems should definitely try roll trotting, as, with the
right technology, the load is taken off these painful areas.
The pelvis and spine musculature will be stabilised. Shortened
muscles will be stretched and tension released. The cardio-vascular
input will be as strong as is needed, through individual adaptation
of intervals.

Roll Trotting in Top Sports!
More
and more world class athletes across the sporting spectrum
integrate the enormous potential of roll trotting into their
daily training. Using the right technology, roll trotting
becomes the ideal strength – co-ordination – conditioning
training by improving muscle tone without inducing tension.
It can rapidly improve an athlete's running style and increases
the effectiveness of preparation, jumping power and speed
of reaction, whilst equalising muscle imbalances and minimising
the risk of injury. Roll trotting is an ideal warm-up exercise,
because it speeds up blood circulation to the muscles.
Despite problems or pain, the sportsman/woman can still carry
out an effective basic training and shorten injury time, allowing
normal training to be resumed more quickly thanks to roll
trotting.
